Turnaround Time

As of November 6th: 2 Weeks (Plus shipping time). 3 Weeks for NEW themes.

As of January 29th: 2 Weeks (Plus shipping time). 2.5 Weeks for NEW themes.

This turnaround time fluctuates a lot, so check back often to see if it has gone up or down. 

Adriana works on her orders in the order that they are recieved.

So the turnaround time doesn't mean that she takes that long to complete your order.

The turnaround time means it will take about that long for her to even get to your order because of how many orders are in line in front of your order.

Once she actually gets to your orders, she usually completes it same day, or within a couple days, which then, it is shipped out.

It's also important to note that Adriana usually does not work weekends, so if an order is placed late on Friday, she won't check it out until Monday.

DIGITAL ORDERS: Digital orders are usually delivered within 3 days.

Digital orders don't usually take as long as a physical order that needs to be shipped out, BUT, if Adriana has a ton of orders, it can take a while to get to your digital order. 

The best thing is to always place your order as much in advance as you can. 

Adriana does not complete rush orders. 

Custom rillo wrappers usually ship out the same week, or the next week (depending on how late in the week you placed your order), so it won't ship out to you the next day, if that's what you're thinking. 

Adriana gets booked quickly, and she works on orders in the order they are recieved. With rillo wrappers though, if there's more than 1 order for them, Adriana usually completes all of those orders at the same time, so you can often get lucky, and have your rillo wrappers ship out to you within a week of placing your order. 

Still - best practice is to put in your order as soon as possible because Adriana does not complete rush orders. 

No. Adriana does not accept ANY rush orders. It is not fair to those customers who planned ahead and placed orders weeks in advance. When an order is put at the front of the line, it means all of the other orders are pushed back. Adriana does not work that way.

As mentioned under "Why?", Adriana doesn't work on her orders based on what they are, she works on orders based on the order they are submitted.

So even though you may have only ordered 1 tiny thing, she has orders in front of yours that contain lots of items, and complicated design requests.

Luckily, she has a great habit of shipping out like items at the same time, so you may get lucky, and if Adriana has many other orders similar to yours going out, she might just ship yours out too without having to wait weeks for your order!

Ordering

For party supplies:

There are currently over 100 themes to choose from!

1) Find the product you want, such as "Chip Bags".

2) On the "Chip Bag" product page, select your theme from the drop down menu list of themes. If your theme is not on that list, scroll all the way down on that list and select "Request New Theme".

3) Type your order notes in the "Order Details" box.

4) Click "Add To Bag".

5) IF YOU ARE REQUESTING A NEW THEME, YOU HAVE TO PAY THE "NEW THEME FEE"!

*ANY ORDERS PAID IN CASH MUST BE EXACT CHANGE. I DO NOT CARRY CASH*

Please note, orders are not worked on until the order is paid for. 

Once your place your order, select "Cash" as your form of payment at checkout. Once I receive your order notification, I will contact you (using the phone number or email you leave at checkout), and schedule a day/time for you to drop off your payment. 

You are responsible for dropping off your payment within a sufficient amount of time for me to work on your order. If you attempt to pay for your order in less than the amount of time currently listed at the top of this page, your order will be cancelled. 

There are currently over 100 themes to choose from for your DIY party supplies!

If your theme is listed in the drop down menu list of themes on the product page, then all you have to do is select your theme, and continue on with your order.

However, if your theme is NOT listed in that drop down menu, then you have to type in your theme into the "Order Details" box, AND add the "New Theme Fee" to your cart.

The "New Theme Fee" is required to create a brand new design for all of your items. 

You only have to pay that fee once for each new theme you request.

So you can add all the products you want to your cart. If all of those items are going to be made in 1 new theme, then you only pay that new theme fee once.

If you need to request 2 new themes, then you'd have to pay the fee twice.

If there is a product you have in mind, but don't see it here, contact Adriana using the purple contact box located on the bottom, right hand side of your screen.

Everything sold here is either hand made, or designed solely by Adriana. This means that each item takes its time. 

On top of that, Adriana receives an average of 2-6 new orders each day. 

That adds up, and can greatly affect the turn around time. 

While you do have to wait for your order, you can feel pride in the fact that you are helping to keep the lights on for someone working hard to build their dream. Unlike supporting big box companies like Amazon, or Party City, here, every single interaction you have with Adriana is appreciated, and celebrated with a happy dance.

After placing an order you will recieve an automatic email (or text) to the contact information you left at checkout. If you do not see your email, be sure to check your SPAM/JUNK folder.

If you have not recieved a status update on your order, it means that your order is still being worked on. As soon as an order is complete, it is shipped out, in which case you are sent an automatic email.

I would love to not have to include this on all of my designs, but unfortunately there are people who have stolen my design in the past, and claimed it as their own.

I work very hard on all my designs, and feel absolutely terrible when others claim my work. Hope you understand!

Shipping

You will be sent an automatic email (or text) to the contact information you left at checkout when your order ships.

From there, you can use that email (or text) to track your package.

Be sure to check your SPAM/JUNK folder, just in case.

You can estimate when you will get your order by checking out the "Current Turn Around Time"  listed towards the top of this list.

Adriana's Paper Crafts is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. 

There will be NO EXCEPTIONS. Ownership of packages turned over to USPS transfers to the buyer. We are not responsible for lost, held, or damaged packages. We are not responsible for mis-delivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping info. Shipping is a service you purchase from USPS along with your order from us, so any shipping issues must be handled by USPS. 

Priority Mail includes free insurancefree tracking and day-specific delivery.

We are responsible for your new purchase until it reaches the Post Office. After that, it is out of our control and we recommend that you select USPS Priority or Express shipping service. Insurance is to protect against loss or damage during shipping. 

In the case that your shipment is lost or damaged in transit; YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE TO FILE THE INSURANCE CLAIM WITH USPS.

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST PACKAGES DURING TRANSIT!

DHL is used for international shipping. 

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Returns/Refunds/Cancellations

Due to the customization of my products, returns are NOT accepted under any circumstances. 

Refunds are only available in the event that you cancel your order in time (see next tab), OR, if Adriana made a mistake with your order.

Other than that, due to the customizations, refunds are not allowed.

If you feel your order has taken too long to ship out, and you don't want it anymore, message Adriana to request a cancellation. 

As long as the order has not physically been completed, or shipped out yet, a cancellation can be completed, in which case you will recieve a full refund for your order. 

Designers/Crafters

As of Feb. 2022, Adriana no longer offers her templates for free.

Unfortunately, her templates were being constantly stolen and sold without credit/her permission. 

Adriana has spent years dedicating her time to providing assistance, and resources to fellow crafters with 0 compensation, but now that her templates and designs were constantly being stolen, she now only provides templates through a paid monthly subscription.

All of those links no longer work because my files are no longer hosted on my site. 

If at any point you used those links to download the free file to your device, then the downloaded file is still available for you to use. It's simply the link that no longer works. 

My templates were free for years, and so when I changed my policy, I gave a month long warning for those who wanted a chance to still get them for free before I removed them all together from my site. 

Now, the only way to access my large library of templates is through the membership. 

Once you sign up for the template membership, you will be able to see Adriana's private posts on Patreon.

Go to her Patreon page, scroll her posts, and read the one titled "Link & Password".

For normal shaped templates, like the chip bag wrapper, watch THIS video.

Literally any design program.

The templates are flat PNG images.

This means that any program where you can upload a picture into is a program that you can use with the templates.

  • Google Doc
  • BeFunky
  • Photopea
  • PicMonkey
  • and so many  more!

I post every template I have in my membership files. So if the template you need is not there, it means I don't currently have it.

I also post a list of all the current templates I have, that way you know whether joining the membership will be worth it for you.

ALSO...not all items require a template.

For example, a water bottle label does not require a template because it's just a simple rectangle shape. What I do have for simple items like this are the MEASUREMENTS you need. So, in the files of the membership files, check the tab labeled "product measurments". I also have this list in the photo albums of my Facebook group.
